- Stuart has 25 years’ experience in procuring and delivering complex property and infrastructure projects, and prior to founding Fire Arrow was a Partner with global property and construction consultants, Gardiner & Theobald LLP.
- Stuart's experience includes horizontal and vertical spaceport delivery, satellite manufacturing and operations facilities, ancillary industrial and office space and master planning.
- He is currently involved in the delivery of Sutherland Spaceport (UK), was Programme Manager at Prestwick Spaceport (UK) and Partner in Charge of Mangata’s new satellite manufacturing facility (UK) and is also a member of the UK’s Spaceport Launch and Orbit Group (CAA), Space Scotland and LaunchUK and has a working knowledge of the complex regulatory environment within which launch activities need to navigate.
