- Dr Humphrey Njogu (Doctor of Engineering) has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Infrastructure planning and development and most of these years spent working as an Infrastructure policy advisor with the leading public think – the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA). He is the Head of Infrastructure and Economic Services Department at KIPPRA.
- Dr Humphrey Njogu is trained by BRICS and JICA on Fourth Industrial Revolution and Emerging Technologies. He has published in the world authoritative journals of Information Security -Elsevier and Wiley and in the World premier conferences. His research interests include public policy research on Digital Technologies; Renewable Technologies; Electric Mobility; Smart cities and homes; and Intelligent Economy.
